The 10th volume of the series Daidalos – Heidelberger Abschlussarbeiten zur Klassischen Archäologie is an investigation into the reception of Greek-Roman culture on the basis of the caricature czeic writing "Der Wahre Jacob" (The True Jacob) on the question of the extent to which the canon of images was understood and interpreted differently by the Wilhelminian upper class and the proletariat.
