Propylaeum

The two volumes of the collection catalogue of Badisches Landesmuseum Karlsruhe titled "Spätantike und Byzanz. Objekte aus Bein, Elfenbein, Glas, Keramik, Metall und Stein" and "Spätantike und Byzanz. Textilien" published by Römisch-Germanisches Zentralmuseum in Mainz in the series "Byzanz zwischen Orient und Okzident" is now available for download in open access.
Both volumes document the Badisches Landesmuseum’s extensive collection of works of art dating from the late antiquity and Byzantine empire. Volume one is dedicated to objects made from bone, ivory, glass, ceramics, metal and stone, volume two presents textiles.
